I am the account holder for all of the family’s plans. When they try to link their product to the EE app it says you can only do this if you are the bill payer. Is it possible to link their plans to My EE?

@Fancyfish15   You need to change your user status from account user to bill payer.  You do this via your online account 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
