Site crashes

Site is useless. Keeps crashing. Cant upgrade using the app or web. Hopeless EE.

New app

The new app is being improved as we speak. Let’s hope it’s going back to the old one which was great because the new one is, how can I put it Rubbish.

Called 150 to discuss my account 5 times now. The new feature states a txt will be sent no txts ever arrived.

Trying to link my number to ee app , transferred my number from 02 to EE it’s all set up and transferred but after requesting code to link my number the text with the code is not coming through

Wrong phone number

Hi I bought a pay as you go and logged into myEE app. Even though there was security check with a pin sent to my phone number, the account shows a different phone number that is not mine and is not my plan or balance. How to correct this?
