I bought my phone and sim card brand new from my local EE store and I was asked my name and date of birth when they were setting up my account however later when I was setting up the my EE app I noticed there was a random woman's name and date of birth on my account which sure would be impossible as the simple card was brand new and was still in the packaging when I bought it so I went back into the store today to get some help and they advised I contact customer service who told me that I would need to go back into the store to resolve the issue so I'm stuck not knowing what to do with my account which for some strange reason has some random woman's name on it??

Are you aware if it just the EE app showing a different name or if the EE systems show too?
