I have purchased a new S23 today. When asked about claiming for the watch, I was told to go to the Samsung website on the phone but after looking on the Community Topic board, there is information not about going to the Samsung website and that the order will automatically happen with regards to the watch. Please could someone clarify what needs to be done with regards to claiming the watch? Thanks in advanced

You don't need to claim, the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Bluetooth Graphite 44mm will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.
