Linking accounts

Since March 2025, I have been trying to link two mobile and one broadband EE accounts via the website or the EE app. I have had numerous phone calls and promises from EE staff saying it will be done. It still hasn't happened. Currently I cannot view or link any details from any of these three accounts online or the EE app. The last suggestion from EE was that I would have to pay for monthly paper bills. Is anyone aware of a way to solve this problem without resorting to the suggestion that I should pay for paper bills because EE's technology is failing? Thank you.

I have been trying to link a number of business numbers to MyEE account unsuccessfully. I was informed by EE customer support today that there has been no access to EE account billing (on the business side) for over 11 months now. So if your issues are related, then there might not be any alternative for you, as they indicated that there is no timeline for the fix. As a new customer I was surprised that this system failure has not been resolved before now, and there is not more transparency on the issue from Ofcom.

Been in the same boat. They have given me a discount of £5 but charging £4 for the paper bill. Best thing is to get a complaint number and if its more than 8 weeks, take it to Ombudsman and try to get out of the contract early.
