Yes, the EE mobile app is garbage. I've just tried to change my postal & billing address.Impossible, in 2025 I'm gonna be forced to go into the EE branch in town and change address there, waste of time.

I've been a loyal EE member for 12+ years and can never access the chat. Hate talking to sales advisors when all I want is a simple answer to a simple question
