Has anyone know how to change email address permanently?
I know I can log in to my account set new email there but it only works as long as I' logged in.
When I try to log in again All I can see is "We Couln't find an account to match ser ID". The password is correct I use password manager. The address is also correct, but the password works only with the old one which I'm not going to use.
How to fix it?

If you're trying to change the email address that's linked to your EE ID, the best thing to do is speak with our customer support team. They'll be able to help make the change from our end.
If I've misunderstood, please explain what it is that you're trying to do, and we'll do our best to help.

I don't have ee app so I'll have to go for a walk to the nearest ee store.
It seems odd that it doesn't work.

When you reply it is a good practice to read the post instead of skimming because then you would know than your solution doesn't work betwen step 4 and 5.
I change email address when I log in. I can see my new email address in my profile. I receive an email that confirms my new email address and I receive another email to my old address that my email has been updated.
But when I try to log in again, new email is not recognized and old ones works.

Welcome to the community.
Please try typing the password in, instead of using the password manager, just in case the wrong one is saved. If you're still having problems, please try changing the password to a new one to see if you can get in.
If all else fails, the customer support team will be able to check everything from our side for you, if you get in touch with them.

You are performing the right steps & it should've worked. I have successfully done similar a few times.

That's not the case. I use the same password from password manager when I try to log in with new and old email.
If there was a problem with password it wouldn't work for both.
