App not working and internet keeps loosing connection

Thanks for posting on the community. 

If you are loosing connection with your internet @Teebee-lou, is this home broadband or mobile? How long has this been happening?

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during maintenance, this is needed for updates and to improve performance in the EE app.

If you have any problems logging into the app today, please get in touch with our tech guides and they can get this looked into for you.
