When will the App be available ?

This is getting really frustrating now. Almost every month the EE My App seems to be unavailable and undergoing maintenance when I need to transfer data between accounts. Is there an alternative way of managing data ? 

Resolved! Gifting data

I’ve not been able to get into my account for a few days now. My son has run out of data, is there another way of rectifying this problem please?
