Why is it so hard to get a detailed bill. I know I can text 150 for the balance but I need to check whether I've been charged for something incorrectly. It almost feels like it's a deliberate ploy. There doesn't seem to be the option to do very much at all on the app apart from buy more stuff from EE. Please help.

If anyone is wondering. Its's because I hadn't registered my phone number on the app so didn't get the option to look at a bill.

Your current bill and charges (outside of plan) can be viewed in the EE app.

Hi,
Yes thanks, I had wrongly assumed that once the app had my personal details it would also know my account details. I was searching all over the app but couldn't see the option for billing at all. Turns out I couldn't see the wood for the trees as the option to link a product was on the home page.
