Daughter Phone

HI, Is there a way of temporally disabling my daughters phone from the EE app or website or by another means?Thanks

Everytime I log onto my EE app its always down for upgrades, nothing ever changes on the app, have to load it online,no technical support, can't wait for this contract to end now, bloody farce

Hi, I am having the same problem, I have a prepaid data sim in a TPlink WiFi router and when I try to link the phone number to my account and I enter the passcode, it says having trouble finding my product, can you help?

Trying to open EE account

Trying to set up new account but when get to move in date, bank date etc message comes up ‘date needs to be after DOB’. But they are won’t let me pass.  Husband tried setting his up and he is getting same.  Can’t phone as our network is down That is ...

EE App not working

My EE app on my phone isn't working, tried re installing but no joy. Go to website and some features aren't working, can't gift data. Tried installing app on my tablet and doesn't work there either
