Upgrade Unavailable

Hello, 

When I go to either the website/app to look at upgrades, it either says my upgrade is unavailable or it won't let me click to get to the deals. 

I've rang up EE helpline and they've said I can upgrade and I've also texted UP to 150 and they've also said I can upgrade. But whenever I get to the website I hit a blocker. 

Does anyone know if this is a bug or if there's a way to fix this?

I am sorry to hear this is happening when you are trying to look at your options for upgrading. 

Have you been able to try another browser/device?

Hi Katie, 

I've tried a few different browsers and I've tried from my laptop and my PC, no luck. 

Don't really know what to do now

I would recommend reporting this to our technical care team who can look into this further. 

The team will also be able to refresh your account.

I'd recommend contacting our upgrades team on 150

The team will be able to help you process your upgrade and can transfer you to technical support if necessary.
