EE has crashed for me for months just seems like a bad app and the Internet login is the same just says I can't login right now and that they are approving it I was on it earlier today then bang it crashes?

How do I find my EE account number -

My EE app on my phone does not work - so I cannot find out how to find the EE Number - I cannot see it on my account via my computer either!
