I have had to set up a new email to see my new EE Broadband.. this required deleting existing EE app and starting a new one...however I cannot now see my phones  ??  It will not let me link to new app says existing application exists...

This is getting silly

We don't want you to have any trouble viewing your plans, so I can understand your frustration at what is happening here. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to ensure your phones are linked to the correct email address.
