Most do not have a problem with the app. What problem are you encountering? When were you trying to use it, as maintenance does take place at night, when less busy, rather than during the day, when businesses and customers are more likely to use it.

Finally the new App is working and looks ok. It would have been helpful if I’d been warned in advance that major changes to the app were planned that would have serious implications for my access to the app whilst on holiday.
