After 7 long years with EE I feel it may be time to say goodbye. You lot don’t really appreciate those old customers who have been so loyal and rather keeps on requesting for more monthly payments with little perks.  My mother who recently signed up with pay as you go has better deals than I do. So unfair but well, that’s why I have the choice to leave! So heartbreaking

Good job! My sentiments exactly. Really sad how they take us the old customers for granted

Completely agree. Ive been with them for 17 years and no benefits for being a loyal customer. Other networks offer so much more for less!
