How to find menu on the app

When I log in to the app, I can not get a menu to come up. I can't manage my account.

When logging in to your EE app your should see Manage on the tab across the bottom of the screen.

Then what? There's no 'menu' tab under 'manage'

What are you trying to do in the app, @sarah1204?

I am trying to see how much data I have used up, but there is no option to see it. I’ve linked my device, my number and my sim, and still nothing shows up. I’ve tried to link the device again but it says ‘you’ve already linked it’.

Have you tried logging out then back in?
