HiEE app has discounted code options, below are my questions-How to buy it? Is it going to be added to my bill or I need to pay by card?Once purchased, what will be the validity of discount?Can I share it to my family?

EE App add another SIM

Open EE App > shop > add another SIM > SIM Only > Select Plan > then journey is lostThis happens many times then I contacted customer support and ordered new SIM

Error code AG108

Since yesterday I’ve been getting this error code when I open the app and I can’t access anything. I’m on an Apple device and I’ve tried reinstalling the app.
