Is anyone else having data gifting problems this morning? I have plenty of data to gift but keep receiving an error message

Can you try and gift the data using your EE account online, does this work for you?

Are you trying to gift data via the app or My EE online?
What error message do you see when trying to gift data?

I am experiencing the same problem. I can’t gift data to my hubby and he is now running out of data. After the app is updated, it sucks.

I am sorry you are unable to gift data.
If you log into your EE account online, do you have the option to gift data?
Are the two devices on the same account that you want to gift data between?
