Verification link won’t send to my email

When registering my ee account and linking my device which is just a sim, the verification link will not send to my email and I have checked junk mail and have tried this 20 times over and still can’t receive the emails so cannot get into my account. Please help

@alice2273  Is this via the app or online ?  If it’s via the app try it online. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you using a personal email or work email address? 

Could you check deleted emails just in case?
