How to access Discovery Plus Sports and problem Linking Accounts

Just phoned 150 to ask about this but message told me wait was 45 mins and I could hold or call back. Nice. I have tried many times. I have 2 problems. 1) Can't access Discovery+ Sport on mobile devices (can on TV) and 2) can't link mobile and broadband entertainment accounts.
Having transferred EE mobile service and BT broadband service to the combined EE Broadband, Entertainment and Mobile deal, I am trying to access Discovery+ eurosport channels on my TV, tablet and mobile phone. I cancelled my standalone Discovery+ account when I went to the EE deal. On that Discovery App it now rightly says 'go to EE to manage your subscription' and when I try to watch a Eurosport channel it says 'contact your provider to view this content'. I went through the online EE instructions on this to link my mobile account with my broadband account as this seemed to be the given solution, only to get a message saying I have to go to an EE shop to prove my identity. I have been an EE and BT customer for 16 years, using their apps and paying their bills every month. And they just sold me, and set me up on, the new EE combined service, sending me all the new kit and a technician to my home to set it up. And now they need paper proof of my identity !!! ? Anyway EE please help.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have. Going with the solutions I found, I got messages saying 'you've already connected to Discovery+' and 'we need paper evidence of your ID at an EE shop or phone 150 ' (it was trying to find another route after frustrations with the lottery of the 150 service that prompted me to try community)

Calling is not an easy thing to do. I've now tried 3 times since your message. It would be helpful to have a direct phone number that would be answered by a 'guide' / customer services person, as 150 seems to be designed to compete with HMRC as the worst customer services call system in UK. Every EE person I eventually have spoken to is very nice and helpful but either they do not know the answers or pass me on to another team. This happened earlier today when I was told the cross over to the Household team from Technical may take a few minutes as the first person would explain my issue to the second, but after 45 minutes waiting on the line I had a life to get on with. I phoned back a bit later and after going though all the multi level number choosing I was told the wait to be answered was 30 minutes-with no call back option offered. However I have learned that despite EE marketing giving different impressions you cannot manage your TV options other than Netflix on the EE app. My issue is that I want to have Discovery + with Eurosport (£6.99 per month according to Discovery) but I need someone at EE to switch it on for me. Or tell me you cant and then delete Discovery from my EE subscription so I can go back to the Discovery access I had before. I thought I was getting Discovery with Eurosport when I brought my mobile and broadband contracts together under EE.

@grizzly3 If you have one of our Sport, Big Sport or VIP packages you will get access to the Discovery+ Premium which includes Eurosport. If you have Entertainment or Big Entertainment you would get Discovery+ Basic but if you have the TNT Sports add-on with it then it will be upgraded to premium. So depending on your package you would get Discovery+ Premium with Eurosport channels.
If you have TNT Sports as part of your broadband and TV package you should be able to watch via the TV box/guide without activation, but Discovery+ does need activating separately.
I am really sorry you are having an issue getting it resolved when calling I understand that will be frustrating. You are going down the correct path in that you will need an EE ID which has your broadband and TV account linked up. But if you are unable to link this up yourself due to that message you are getting you would need to call our team to get it linked up and if they are unable to link it they would need to raise a ticket for you.
Once you have an EE ID linked to your broadband and TV account you would activate via the Manage TV and Sport section. Or on the link at the bottom of the page here discovery+ on EE TV | BT which will take you to login to your EE ID to activate.
I know you mentioned buying it all together so just in case the TNT Sports is included as part of your mobile package instead, the process is different if you have TNT Sports/Discovery+ through your mobile rather than broadband plan. You would first make sure this is selected as your inclusive extra on your mobile plan then head to ee.co.uk/tntsports to activate.
