Free data boosts

I’ve been on the £10 flex plan for years. Every 3 months you get 500 mb of free data added. Sometimes this doesn’t seem to happen and this was proved by my partner switching on to the same plan as me several months later, but he has caught up to me with total data. I have been able to see that it has happened again now. In March I renewed and got a text saying it was 2 months to go to get my next data boost. Then in April text says 1 month to go to get 500mb data boost. In May it renews but I don’t get a text about data boosts. I’ve just renewed for June and got a text saying I will get my next data boost in 2 months but my total data hasn’t gone up!
so I try and call on them only to get a message saying this number is temporarily unavailable, how very convenient for them. Has anyone else had this and know how to contact them to get it sorted? @EE

I've noticed behavior like this with EE as well in the billing - they're avoiding directly dealing with customers as well because they know they are operating fraudulently by illegally overcharging, over promising and under delivering - it's sales tactics - but it's essentially theft because they're not operating within the regulatory confines they're supposed to.

@Cecil7 : Getting free Boosts every 3 months is on legacy PAYG packs. Getting them every 2 months is on current packs but only on packs of £12 or more. Looks like you were moved from legacy in May/June. As you only have a £10 pack you will get no more Boosts. However you still get to keep your existing Boosts from before..

Text BOOST to 150 to find out what Boosts you still have.
