 this message is a lie. Once this bloody two factor authentication is activated it cannot be removed. Don’t phone you are wasting your time. EE  now tell lies by text. Bloody awful customer service @members

Am having trouble logging in to the,,it’s a load of rubbish.av bin in ee shop and couldn’t help me gave me phone number to call,I have done so and still cannot access my app .when I was with sky ther app was so simple to access.I wish I never left
