I have an additional line on my account which is a sim only however I want to upgrade to get a handset package. When I click on the option to upgrade it says it can't log me in but I can still upgrade etc? Is this a glitch? Surely the fact I've followed the link from the app to get to this means I've logged in? I've had the line for 2 years

Thanks for coming to the community.
Could you try deleting cookies and cache and opening the Upgrade your tech or change your plan with EE Upgrades page in a new web browser. Do you get the same error message when you log in?

Hi yes I still get the same message. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I use chrome so not sure if it's just that browser?

I even downloaded a new browser but it still came up with the same problem.

If this is following multiple browsers, please give us a call on 150 and the team can check everything from our end to see what may be causing this error message to help you upgrade online.
