It’s allowing me to log in to the app but as soon as I select the data gifting option, the screen goes blank and I can’t do anything. I’ve tried it through the browser too instead of the app and it’s doing the same thing it’s been like this for a few days now and I’m trying to gift data to my mums line as she’s in hospital. Anyone else having this issue??

@Lydiarockett79 Have you tried cleaning the browser history and cache?

@Lydiarockett79 , are you both on the same account? You can only data gift if you are on the same account. Your mother should also be able to use the hospital wifi, good if she has VPN, as it is unsecured, but I have done this several times with no problems, to be honest.

I am expeienicing the same issue with the EE App on my phone (gift data goes to blank screen).
