Doesn't matter if I am on my phone or computer, this website never works. I just get errors saying I can't log in or the same page loads over and over again, no matter what link I click. At this point I just want to upgrade my plan and instead I might just change providers. Anyone else always having this issue?

I would like someone to explain to my why EE cannot fix this issue? I have been in this situation since October last year and still no further forward. It now appears the the executive complaints team have started to ignore me as I hav enot heard back from them for 6 weeks or so. This will probable trigger another complaint which will not be delt with.

I just popped by to see whether any other folk were having issues with the EE website - it would appear that you are! 😂
The situation is frankly appalling. Sometimes it allows me to log-on; sometimes its doesn't - it's in a 'doesn't' phase right now.
And I'm trying to access the website to understand whether my wife has be lied to by customer services on the 'phone, misunderstood what she has been told, or whether EE just haven't quite gotten around to doing what they promised. So I need to understand the current contractual situation on her 'phone and that information simply isn't available on the website. (It isn't there for my 'phone either.)
There does seem to be more information available via the App - which then simply takes me to a browser session on the 'phone.
It's basically rubbish, developed and maintained by incompetents ... sorry, but that's just the way it is.

If you would like to discuss the account and what has been advised, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help. They can also help with the EE account and raise a support ticket if needed for the issue.

Hey there .@philip42h I went throught the whole report and raise a ticket scenario as well.
Guess what! They just closed the ticket and left me hanging with not any inclination of when and how they are going to fix it.
