Why does the EE website never work?

Doesn't matter if I am on my phone or computer, this website never works. I just get errors saying I can't log in or the same page loads over and over again, no matter what link I click. At this point I just want to upgrade my plan and instead I might just change providers. Anyone else always having this issue?

Logged in try to access an offer to actually add something to my account it either says there's a problem at their end or treats you like a new customer. And as for trying to get support with a technical issue forget it, just sends you in circles. I've been with EE in the past and things were nothing like this bad.

Strangely enough no problem at all with the transfer links from BT. All very efficient.

This doesn't work for your pathetic excuse for a mobile app, the website is **bleep**, the mobile app is **bleep**. FIX IT

And they still don't care, this problem has been around for years and no responses to resolve.

Two years later, I’ve come across this because I too am having multiple issues with EE’s website, whether on my phone or laptop. Pages not loading, site links not working properly, and multiple errors whilst trying to place an order for (I already have EE broadband, trying to add a Sim Only, keep being told to login because I’m an existing customer, even though I already was logged in… when I click to login anyway, it takes me to the main page and, when I click to login from there, the site literally does nothing… then I get an email telling me to login to complete the order, or to call an 0800 number… which doesn’t work; a recorded message says the number has changed, and to call 150 — presumably from an EE number, which I didn’t have yet, and at this rate probably won’t, because it’s not worth the hassle to keep trying. This is a shockingly poor website

I’d like to offer you some hope - after around 4 years of gaslighting and
lies, EE finally admitted that it was a known issue and they needed to fix
it account by account.
The only way to get up that queue is to shout incredibly loud. Get after em
mate. It’s the only way.
