app  and website are having maintence issues.This is so frustrating .I just want to pay my bills .I am so fed up.

Welcome to the community.

There may be times when we carry out maintenance on the app and website overnight, but you should be able to access it this morning to pay your bill.

If you find the same thing happens again in the future, you can use our Fast Payment service, which doesn't require you to login and just needs your mobile number and card details to make the payment.
