So I have seen a great Sim only deal I would like to add to my existing account.
The deal is 5gb, Unlimited Min and Texts for £9 per month. This is with the existing customer deal when adding a new line to your account. So for existing customers.
I select this package and I'm prompted to Log In. When I do this there are no longer any sim deals for me to see. Only mobile phone deals.
WHY is this??? Its clearly a deal for existing customers, which I have been for many many years.
The only thing I can think of is that I'm due an upgrade next month.
The website is absolutely terrible. This is also the same with the EE app.

If you log in and head to this Pay Monthly SIM Only page, do you see your additional SIM Only options?
