I'm afraid your post leaves more questions than answers.
One of the more glaring ones is what you mean by "my number is being used in the USA"? Do you mean your SIM is in a phone that's being used in the USA? In that case, simply remove the SIM from the phone to stop charges incurring.
Or do you mean something else? And you're subscribing to some kind of conspiracy theory involving (what many people might call) your number apparently being cloned?
