Hi I recently upgraded. Was told there was an upgrade fee that would be added to my bill, I upgraded 2 weeks ago and they received my old device last week. The charge hasn’t gone onto this months bill, will it be next months?

I wouldn't have expected it to be delayed that much @Llldldld
It may be best to give our billing guides a call and they can check it on your account and let you know if it is due to go onto the next bill.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If there is an upgrade fee to pay, it would usually appear on the next bill, but may go over to the following one if the upgrade and bill date are close together.
What date was the bill created?

My bill is usually created on the 21st of every month and goes out my bank the following week. I upgraded on the 7th
