I've been trying for a few days to log on and see my bill but everytime I press the button to "view bill" it just sends me to a black screen saying that it can't be loaded. I've also tried texting 150 for my bill and gotten nothing from there as well. What is going on?

Of course, they shouldn't! But you want to see your bill in the meantime, that's the way to get to it.
