Hi
i have just got EEbroadband but the Xbox can’t connect to online service
status always shows waiting for networking yet the console is connected to the internet
UPNP switched on in hub router but the console states otherwise . I have reset this but still doesn’t work and as does restarting router
any ideas/ help please

If you've switched on UPnP, that's all you should need to do from our side.
Try going through this cycle a few times, to see if it eventually changes:
To refresh the NAT table on a router where UPnP is already enabled, you need to disable UPnP, save your changes, and then power cycle your router. After that, you’ll need to turn UPnP back on and save your changes.

Is this only when playing a specific game? Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this Xbox help page?

it affects all games and u have gone through each of the Xbox help steps.
The issue that stands out is the even though the router hub has UpnP activated the Xbox states it is not on

Did you try the troubleshooting specifically related to NAT problems? Have you tried resetting the network settings on your Xbox after you switched UPnP on?

Yes. I have tried all of those solutions but none have worked
