How long will my order take?

Hi so I’m new to EE I did an order for the new Samsung s25 ultra on Saturday afternoon via the phone and they said it would be delivered to store for the next day (so Sunday) it’s only just been dispatched and now I can’t seem to track it anymore and I’m just confused as to how I get more updates. Nothing on my DPD app either. 

when am I likely to receive this?

@Charper99 , you should receive notification via DPD by the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, not sure when it is being delivered to an EE store, but would not have thought it would happen over the weekend, as deliveries are not done at the weekend.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Charper99 

You need to call the store and ask if they have received your handset. 

The DPD app will say when it was delivered.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I haven’t got any tracking information so wasn't sure. Will I not get an email notification or text?
