I'm trying to cancel a online order that has not been sent yet, it gives me phone numbers, then sends me message to click on but there is no option any where to cancel my order.

@Ashleyx , I would suggest ringing customer service. When did you make the order?.
Did you finalise the order and if so, have you received an email about it? Please also check your junk/email folders.

I did finalise the order and got email with order number and i rang the above numbers plus 150 and it just puts me through to a automated service, where i have to press 1, then it sends me a text message to a link, but there is no option to cancel, even though it says, i've looked at all the links.
The web site even says
Give us a call to cancel your orders made online or by phone.
