Tell me the order number do not give me a wrong one

@Af4556 The SIM cards are just sent by standard post so will take a few days to arrive. If you just ordered it on Friday, it may not arrive by Monday, but we don't have access to the account to check the order.

You can give our customer service guides a call, and they'll be able to locate the order and see if it has been sent already. If it hasn't, they can cancel the order for you, or if it has already been dispatched, discuss the options with you.

we’ll not give you one at all as no one here can give you anything as this isn’t customer support and we don’t know who you are or what your email address is.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community.

As @Chris_B mentioned, you'd usually be emailed a confirmation email with the order number on when the order has been placed. If you've not received this, it is worth checking your junk/spam folder in case it has gone in there.

Did you order a pay monthly contract or pay as you go SIM?

I got a confirmation email with the order number but when I put the order number on tracking area, it appears as wrong number. 
I placed the order on this Friday at 5:30 am. My order is 
a pay monthly contract. I ordered SIM card for my iPhone. 

wou you please tell me when you will send it. How many days. If more than this Monday , I want to cancel my order and go to the EE store to get one immediately in person because I need it sooner than later.
