Hi

I have tried to upgrade my phone three times with 3 different models, each time it says order accepted, emails me an order number and confirmation then never appears, the tracking says its timed out and there is no change on the app, it just keeps telling me that i can upgrade

Welcome to the community,

I would suggest ringing customer services, press option 2 and you should get put through to one of the guides, who can check that the order has gone through.

Just another question, have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if there is anything there?

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD and then on the day of delivery another one with a one hour window.
