Where's the online chat to speak to someone?

 I'm wanting to talk to someone about my account but there's no option for live chat any more and I don't want to phone. How do I access the live chat?

Welcome to the Community

Did you activate the new SIM card before removing the old SIM card? 

If the SIM wasn't sent as pre-activated, you can follow the steps on our Activate and set up a new SIM page 
 
Your existing physical SIM still needs to be active to do this, so If your old SIM is no longer working, you'll need to call customer service on 150 or pop into any EE Store with photo ID for further help
