Where's the online chat to speak to someone?

 I'm wanting to talk to someone about my account but there's no option for live chat any more and I don't want to phone. How do I access the live chat?

Thanks. So I clicked on help on the app, but couldn't find the option for live chat. I could only find an option for call us, or it just directs you to help articles. How do I get to live chat from the app?

If the message us option is not showing in your EE app Help section, you would need to call us to discuss this not showing and your account.

If you're a pay monthly mobile customer with a personal account, you can contact our messaging team via the help section of the EE app.

Hi trying to reply to James from the community chat but that's is not
simple but there is no online chat only call us option. I am a monthly
contract and I use the app.

If you log in to your account at Account settings (ee.co.uk), are you registered as the bill payer or user? (scroll down until you see the bill payer and user options next to your account number)
