I'm wanting to talk to someone about my account but there's no option for live chat any more and I don't want to phone. How do I access the live chat?

When you open the app, there is a help button on the right below corner of the screen. Click on this. And click on the message us button. It will connect you to a live chat with bot. If bot can not solve your issue. You can choose to "Speak to an EE Guide".

Hi @Pozi31183
Welcome to the community.
If it's the content lock for your mobile account, take a look at this 'How Do I Turn On Parental Controls on My Device?' help page. It explains how to change the parental controls on different types of account.

In the beginning, until they enticed us to become customers, live chat always appeared in the corner of the app page, after they caught us as customers, and honestly EE is not good for anything, you can no longer talk to their staff if you are forced to complain of the bad service they offer and the intentional mistakes they make with customers

Why should I call you and not express myself in an email?

@Liliana10 : Cuz EE don't provide an email addy for you to use.

Hi @Liliana10.
Thanks for coming to the community.
The chat option would appear in the EE app by selecting 'Help' then 'Message Us'. If you aren't seeing that option, or you still need further help, our guides are available over the phone by calling the numbers on our Contact Us page.
If you do need to raise a complaint, it can be done over the phone, or you can complete the Complaint webform on our website.

Sorry why are you EE complicating everything? Abea, now I understand that you do not give your email address so that we can complain about the deception that we are subjected to and the false advertising that you do because you want us customers not to have obvious written evidence against you... if you have nothing fraudulent to hide then you will be sincerely open to the clients without taking them through your entire trial to bring the clients to the threshold of anxiety, someone will probably have to sue you.
