So i went to check my data, and it says I can upgrade and to contact the account holder. But on the account holder’s phone it says that I can’t upgrade yet. Can anyone help?

When the account holder logged in, did they switch to your number in the menu?
Can you text UP to 150 from your phone and let me know the reply?

This could be showing as an upgrade is an option but would have an early upgrade fee.
If the account holder calls us on 150, the team will get this looked into further 🙂
