Hi,
I want to move 2 tablet plans to data sim only, the contracts ended in Nov 2024 - when I click upgrade the only options given are for paymonthly tablets, no sim only plans. When I click the advert for switch to sim only, this takes me to the upgrade/manage account screen and round in circles it goes.
I do not want to call up EE and spend a lengthy amount of time going through a retentions process - I simply want to be able to do this, online and in my own time.
How do I switch these plans please?

Welcome to the Community.
Are you trying to upgrade using the website or through the EE App?
Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache? Alternatively you could try a different browser.
If you're still having trouble upgrading online, it would be best to contact our upgrades team who will be able to let you know the data SIM plan options and swap you over very easily.
