My EE perks account has been deactivated, I’m now due for an upgrade but cannot access my codes. I’ve called up and the customer service team suggested I need to speak to my HR team at work as it has something to do with them. I’ve spoken to them and they have no clue what to do. I feel like I’m going around in circles.
I still have my nhs discount as I still work in the nhs sector so it can’t be that
Any help would be appreciated
