As per title - unable to view add ons either on MyEE app or via website.
'Sorry, due to a technical problem we are currently unable to to show your available add ons' in website and 'Sorry - no add on available to purchase ' in App.
And ' there seems to be a problem' message when trying to view plan in App - with error code A4.64.0-e374d.
I would quite like to add the 'Roam Further' add on in the near future.

@Wingnuts1966 It’s working for me via the app. Have you tried clearing the cache and or browser history and cookies.

Yep - app uninstalled and reinstalled. Cookies cache etc all cleared. Error is occuring on multiple web browsers / devices.

If you continue to see the error message in My EE, don't hesitate to get in touch with technical support so we can look into this issue.
In the meantime, you can activate the Roam Abroad Pass by texting ROAMING PASS to 150.

Update - complaint raised via webchat with Khushwant. Have also had the same issue on my wifes phones when trying to view available add ons via the My EE app on her device.
