Everything about EE stinks at mo, terrible signal and that's being nice, no customer service and extortionate prices, I for one will be leaving,  much better out there.

@cher69  if you want to speak to customer services you dial 150 from your phone and select option two then select the option that is applicable to you. 

As for signal have you checked to see if there’s a mast issue in your area ?  You can use THIS and click the check status tab.  

As for pricing do you think EE is going to give you the device for free or on the cheap.    Tariffs include the cost of that device and you don’t say what devices you’re looking at.   So I’ll assume it’s somewhere between £700 and £1200 for the device alone.
