EE website is absolutely rubbish. I cannot find my bill or details of my package anywhere. All there is is a big banner telling me to download the app to view my bill. I don't want the app. (I'm sick and tired of needing an app for everything tbh). I just want to log into my account on the website every now and then to check things. Why can't I do this?

We kow how important it is for you to be able to stay up-to-date with your account, so I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having.
When you log in are you able to see 'Manage' in the top right corner, as this should allow you to see your bill.
