Help asking to get into my Ee

I tried to get a new password but when I look into my emails and junk it’s not there to return a new password help me please

@markdancer1  To reset the password you need to do this online not via the my EE app.  For some reason a password reset doesn’t work via the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
