Since updating the iPhone app, it’s showing I have 1 notification and I can’t clear it? I’ve tried looking at all sections of the app to see if there’s something I’ve to action, but it’s still there and I can’t clear it. Anybody else have/had this problem?

I cannot find the notification I have received since downloading the update app and I cannot work out how to view others responses to the same question

I’ve also had the same problem for about 2 weeks now. I’ve just turned notifications off totally for EE app as I hate having a notification I can’t get rid off. That’s not the only issue I’m facing with EE website and EE app. A lot of problems lately .
