EE App wont log in on phone, works on PC fine

EE app works on PC, I can log in and check the account etc, but does not work on phone, lets you login user name password then hangs, tried clearing cache  and reinstalled app, any ideas might be something in phone settings, but im not sure, thanks

Wait time of 2 hours? Is this a joke?

Trying to raise an issue in the app and been given a wait time of 2 hours. Is this normal for EE?Also been kicked off the app twice and now cannot connect to the open issue I'm waiting to have resolved.

Really annoying because in order to log into the EE app I have to re register & create a PIN on the normal website nearly every time…surely this is a bug ?
