The EE App and website are not fit for purpose. Honestly a joke.

Seriously EE, sort them out. Regardless of doing everything advised to do and what tech do. They still do not work properly.  We aren’t talking a few months, we are talking a few years. It’s impossible and infuriating trying to do anything on either. 

It’s a bit of a joke, a massive company with has got to be hands down the worst app and website I have ever had the misfortune to TRY to use. Do yourselves a favour and get it sorted once and for all. Then the customer service line won’t be so busy!!!!

ALL OF IT. I posted the same thing over 12 months ago which has had 41 replies in agreement. EE need to listen and go back to basics, the whole website UI is a car crash

If you are having problems with the EE app and EE account online, please report this again to our tech guides on 150. They can look into the troubleshooting that has previously been advised and continue this with you.

Hi Leanne.

As I have pointed out. No point whatsoever contacting EE about this as it does nothing. Neither work properly and haven’t done for a long time. Only so many times your customers will go through the same thing over and over again. For nothing to change. The problem isn’t my ability to navigate a website or an App or my phone or account needing a reset . The issue lies firmly with EE and a not fit for purpose online experience.
